In the heart of Kampala the capital city of Uganda, last in November in collaboration with the US Exchange Alumni Network Uganda we carried out an initiative called a mothers love aimed at celebrating our super Hero’s who are all rounder, the outreach was a gesture of compassion and a reminder of the importance of nurturing both mothers and babies,
Through this simple act of kindness, we celebrated the resilience of women our super Hero’s and together let’s continue to support them at every stage of life because they are the mothers of the Nation.

Objective
The goal of the outreach was to provide compassionate emotional and psychosocial support to mothers admitted in hospitals, with a focus on dignity, empathy, and well-being.
2. To support maternal mental health by reducing stress, fear, and isolation through positive interaction, reassurance, and active listening.
3. To complement medical care through nonclinical support, addressing emotional, informational, and social needs of mothers during their hospital stay and after child birth.
5.To strengthen awareness among mothers about maternal health practices, newborn care, and available hospital or community-based support services for quick recovery
